The Foundation: Preparation Is Part of the Reading

The Sanatan way of Living honors preparation as part of the sacred act. A reading begins well before the live session, with the details you share and the questions you bring. This guide explains everything the Foundational Assessment intake asks for, and why.


How the Reading Travels

Your reading moves through four stages:

  • Intake: You submit the online form with your details, your questions and their background, and your verification files.

  • Translation and transport: Devi Kalikanath translates your questions, and a volunteer carries them to Siddha Kaal Yogi (SKY) in the Himalayas.

  • Meditative access: Siddha Kaal Yogi (SKY) meditates to access your Akashic Record and to analyze your astrological alignment.

  • The live session: The guidance is relayed to you in real time through Devi Kalikanath, the Face of Siddha.


Your Details

  • Name and contact: Your name, email, and phone or WhatsApp number, so that you can be reached to schedule your live session. -

  • Your full birth name and your family: Your parents' names connect the reading to the ancestral line you carry.

  • Your birth details: The date and time of your birth anchor your astrological alignment. If you do not know your exact time, the form lets you choose "Daylight," "Night time," or "I don't know," and the reading still proceeds.

  • Your language: Live sessions are offered in English, Swedish, Punjabi, or Hindi. Choose your primary language at intake.


Your Verification Files

A photograph cannot capture movement, so a short video allows Siddha Kaal Yogi (SKY) to attune to your presence. This is a spiritual attunement, not a medical, psychological, or biometric evaluation.


  • A solo headshot or selfie, with your eyes open.

  • A 10-second face video. Be alone in the frame and hold the phone vertically. Remove hats, caps, and glasses; your full face, ears, and neckline should be visible. Widen your eyes slightly and look into the lens. Turn slowly to the left, back to center, to the right, and back to center. Then stop and upload.

  • A 2-minute tour of your home's interior, walking slowly through each room.


Your Questions

You may submit up to five numbered questions. The first is required; the rest are optional. Each has two parts: the question itself, in up to 1,000 characters, and its background, in up to 2,000 characters, usually one or two paragraphs.


A strong question is specific. "What is blocking my promotion this year, and what timing should I watch for?" will draw a clearer answer than "What about my career?" Seekers bring questions on many subjects: the energy of the home, career, relationships, health, legal matters, sleep, finances, spiritual journey, and mantra practice.


Questions added after the reading call for a new reading, so take the time to include everything that matters to you now.


Preparing for the Live Session

  • Reserve at least two uninterrupted hours in a quiet, private space. Sessions usually run one to one and a half hours.

  • Keep a notebook beside you. Audio and video recording are not permitted.

  • Expect candid, direct guidance. Brief clarifying questions are welcome at the end.


When you prepare with care honesty and reverence, the reading meets you fully, and the Sanatan way of Living begins at the very first step.
